Plot updates for data direction and x-range changes

Description

• Reverse the data direction in plots on main window. New data arrives at 0, with old data being negative.
• The x-axis range can be updated using the textbox in the controls.

• To aid with intuitive understanding and interpretation of the presented plots.

• Tested using simulated data on psana.

• Docstrings and typehints in code.

Make the values set back to all nan's and just let the values repopulate again from 0. Remove tracking of old values in this case.
