Fixes #144

  • Fixed crossbow double fire prediction error
  • Fixed prediction error while zooming out with +zoom
  • Fixed gluon gun continuing to fire when using +zoom
  • Fixed firing prediction before round start
  • Fixed being able to zoom while using ironsights
  • Switched crossbow secondary attack to MP functionality

The gluon fix works, but anim is still played until you zoom out.
