PR Description

Changes introduced in 3b1f15d moved some DTS files to a different location. Update CIs to reflect those changes:

  • Update DTBs location in azure_pipelines.yml
  • Fix pattern matching in prepare_artifacts.sh to upload each DTB to the correct destination (based on platform).

LGTM. Same nitpick I did for #2932 (about file suffixes)

ci: azure_pipelines: Update DTBs location

Update DTBs build location to match the changes introduced by 3b1f15d
(zynq and socfpga DTS location change). Used for later upload to
artifacts server.

Update timestamp format to match the previous format. Fix pattern
matching to upload DTBs to the correct location.
