A modern build of Notational Velocity that works on the latest macOS versions (macOS Sequoia and Xcode 16+).

⚠️ Important: macOS Security Notice

Since this app is not yet notarized with Apple, macOS Gatekeeper will block it on first launch. You have two ways to open it:

Method 1: Using System Settings (Recommended)

  1. Download and mount the DMG file
  2. Drag Notational Velocity to your Applications folder
  3. Try to open the app (it will be blocked)
  4. Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security
  5. Scroll down to the "Security" section
  6. You'll see a message: "Notational Velocity" was blocked to protect your Mac
  7. Click "Open Anyway"
  8. Confirm by clicking "Open" in the dialog
  9. The app will now run normally

Method 2: Using Right-Click
