- public Calendar[] GetCalendars() in CalDav/Client/Server.cs need Options method
- GetService() in CalDav/Server/CalDavController.cs return null
- sets.ShouldContain(x => x.Url.AbsolutePath.EndsWith("/caldav/me/")); in Console raise exception, ends with /caldav/calendar/me/
