Hi team,
this PR to add new option on
receptor_install_methodto allow us update receptor release and ansible-runner release.If
receptor_install_methodis set toupdate-local orupdate-releasesystem package and python package will be udpated to latest release.Receptor configuration, like TL, worksing etc.. will be not touched.
Services and so on will be re-deployed.
I also update the molecule part, because Centos Stream8 is in EOL.
