  • 👋 Hi, my name is @antonijamatek, I am a research assistant at University of Zagreb, Faculty of Science in Croatia, and doing a PhD on Island Trapped Waves (ITWs) effects on primary production under the project ISLAND (https://www.pmf.unizg.hr/biol/island/en) funded by Croatian Science Foundation
  • 👀 interested in data science- statistical analysis and visualization of oceanography and biology datasets
  • 🌱 actively engaged in modelling of primary production and light using in situ data, and integrating in situ data with satellite remote sensing products and models
  • 💞️ looking forward to collaborate on expanding my coding skills with numerical models and analysis of remote sensing data
