docs: add compact ecosystem section to README

Adds a compact ecosystem/生态周边 section to both README.md (English) and README.zh-CN.md (Chinese) listing community projects and products powered by AntV Infographic.

Changes Made

• Two-level list format: Entries are grouped under 💼 Products and 📦 Libraries headings
• Emoji markers: 💼 for commercial products, 📦 for open-source libraries/tools
• Alphabetical order: Entries are sorted alphabetically within each category
• 18 entries total sourced from Issue #99:
  • 💼 Products (8): Alma, Chrome Extension, InfographicAI, LangChat Slides, Nowledge Mem, WeChat Markdown Editor, Welight, Zojo
  • 📦 Libraries (10): astro-koharu, docsify-infographic, feffery-infographic, infographic-cli, infographic-for-react, markdown-it-infographic, markstream-vue, obsidian-infographic, slidev-addon-infographic, VSCode Extension

确实有漏掉的。从 issue #99 中补全了以下 4 个技术库（commit 6d2d63c）：

• feffery-infographic — 基于 Plotly Dash 在 Python 中创建信息图
• markdown-it-infographic — markdown-it 插件
• obsidian-infographic — Obsidian 插件
• slidev-addon-infographic — Slidev 组件

现在 📦 Libraries 共有 10 项，加上 💼 Products 的 8 项，共 18 个生态项目。
