Assigning User Roles

Initial privileged user roles can be assigned with the assign command. It requires email and role parameters.

$ nv assign smith@anvil.io authority
Christian Smith (smith@anvil.io) now has the role "authority."

$ nv revoke smith@anvil.io authority
Christian Smith (smith@anvil.io) no longer has the role "authority."
