1 added a quality gateway check after the scan,
2 added some other properties for java binaries
3 wait for quality gateway status
4 sonar project name and key should be provide by settings now to work with all git tools.
5 Parse and export the Quality gateway report result into junit xml file (Show in tests tab on CIE).
