CI - Add simple github-actions pipeline node 10x, 12x, 14x

Github actions pipeline ran successful

Minor enhancement / no issue

[ x] Code is written and works correctly;
[ x] Changes are covered by tests;
[x ] Documentation reflects the changes;
[ x] Update rebar.config.script with the correct tag once a new Fauxton release is made
