Not sure when this stopped working. Not related to pandoc 3.8 vs 3.1 as it hangs on both. Not fixing currently, as this whole pandoc thing may not be moving forward. DAFFODIL-3044

Draft/WIP
Branch that has pandoc technology - joint pages that create both jekyll and pandoc PDF of a page.
This PR just exists as record that this exists in case needed in the future.
Head of this branch is broken (somehow) currently. But earlier commits this did work at some point.
(See PR #199 which has the individual commits unsquashed)
We may not do anything with this branch, so not fixing this currently.
