Purpose
Linked issue: close #2222
A user reported there is class conflict issue when using Fluss 0.8 with Paimon 1.3 together.
Cause: The fluss-lake-paimon module shaded paimon-bundle-1.2.0.jar into fluss-lake-paimon-0.8.0-incubating.jar. In Paimon version 1.2.0, the method FileIO#setRuntimeContext does not exist. I will remove the paimon-bundle shadow configuration in the fluss-lake-paimon module.
