This tutorial describes in detail how to release Apache StreamPark, take the release of version 2.1.0 as an example.
Note: Version 2.1.0 was released during the incubation phase.
Starting from 2.1.6, StreamPark has officially graduated from incubation.
Therefore, when illustrating this example, we have removed the "incubating" label from version 2.1.0 to better demonstrate the release process
