deval is a R-based package for jamovi that provides
analyses to evaluate the diagnostic performance of a test, using clinical or observational
data. In this version, the ROC Analysis for Continuous Predictor is available.
You can install deval by the jamovi library or by downloading the .jmo
in the last release of this repository and side-load it directly on jamovi
interface. There is also an example dataset to test the package.
This package uses pROC module in the ROC Analysis for Continuous Predictor.
