- added !p fetchur command (30s cooldown) with an optional parameter for the day of Fetchur's item (dependent on timezones of course)
- does not support extreme bingos yet (no detection), but planned to add that once the skyblock api is used in general
- added `reason` to usage key - changed `let reason` into a `const`
