Adds comprehensive documentation for integrating Apify with Microsoft Power Automate.

  • New docs for Power Automate connector (triggers, actions, async patterns, troubleshooting)

Note

Adds a new docs page for integrating Apify with Microsoft Power Automate, covering setup, available triggers/actions, and patterns for long-running runs.

  • New guide sources/platform/integrations/workflows-and-notifications/power-automate.md with connector overview and key capabilities
  • Details OAuth 2.0 auth, connection setup, pick lists, input JSON, and where to find IDs
  • Documents triggers (Actor run finished, Task run finished) and actions (Run Actor, Run task, Get dataset items, Get key-value store record, Scrape single URL)
  • Explains async patterns for long-running scrapes (webhook-based and polling), with referenced images
  • Includes best practices, example use cases, troubleshooting, FAQs, and note on x-apify-integration-platform header and manual webhook cleanup

Currently, all the screenshots reflect the Czech UI of Power Automate, even though the rest of the documentation is in English. Please, take a look on that.

The whole submission, review, and publishing process on the Microsoft side takes about 4-6 weeks total (per official Power Automate connector guidelines), and it hasn't been submitted to them yet. Therefore, review of these docs does not have high priority for now. If you have other urgent things to work on, please focus on those first, and only focus on this review if you have spare time.

Please check with @drobnikj for more info on the state of this connector.
