Update dependency versions

Vulnerabilities in this module's dependencies were being flagged by the npm audit command. Updated the version numbers to versions where these vulnerabilities have been patched out.

We have already similar pull requests. This repo is updated already to latest packages and swagger-node-runner: 0.8.0 with Sway 2.x here: https://github.com/multivacplatform/swagger-express
