after spending approx 30 minutes hunting down a bug because of this, i want this change lol. I think this is relevant to one of the github issues about bluespec keywords, but i haven't fixed it, just added a check for the word input since i am very very tempted to name the argument of a single arg test function input (and so are you, as there were a couple instances of this in the tests :))
