The main model code is implemented in file "CrownIBM281020.R". The C++ files "Auxiliaries.cpp", "GrowthInteraction.cpp" and "Movement.cpp" are auxiliary files that need to be sourced from within "CrownIBM281020.R" through the Rcpp package. The necessary code is provided.
