Replaces the broken tutorial link with separate links to the SwiftPM and Xcode versions of the tutorial.

Motivation
The tutorial links in the project README are out of date and resolve in a 404.
Modifications
It seems like the tutorial has been split into separate tutorials for SPM projects and Xcode projects, so I've updated the README to include links to each of these separately.
Result
Potential users of the library can more easily find therse tutorials.
Test Plan
Since this is a documentation-only change, I've tested that the rendered Markdown document contains functioning links.
