This PR adds tests adapted from the "upstream"
laravel-postgisandlaravel-mysql-spatiallibraries, and fixes to allow them to pass. There are still a handful of things untested in the Integration tests (specifically, the comparison scopes), but Unit testing coverage is nearly 100%.
