This avoids clashes between layout identifiers and fragment IDs created for the content, fixing at least one conflict between #header and the anchor for a Foxx content headline "header"

Description
This avoids potential clashes between the identifiers used in the layout and the fragment IDs created for the content.
It fixes at least one conflict between the #header styling and the Foxx content with a headline "header":
