Updated multipage format distributions after fixing #221 through arc42/arc42-generator#56.
The gradle build was previously not correctly separated in multiple stages to ensure that dependencies on files from previous tasks were properly satisfied. It seems that this, in combination with an upgrade to gradle v8 lead to the multipage formats not correctly executing their nested tasks.
