This is an alternative to TomKeddie@103ddee from #81 to fix #84.
It changes
SERCOM::initUARTto use asynchronous fractional mode to configure the UART.Tested with OS X 10.11.1 with the following baud rates: 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 74880, 115200, 230400, 250000. (Note: baud rate of 300 still has issues).
