docs: document Leypur Flowcore setup

Summary

• add a Leypur Flowcore environment template with non-secret placeholders
• add a Flowcore resource verification script and root package script
• document verified tenant/data-core/flow-types and local Pathways decisions
• bump package versions to 1.0.1 for this repo change

Verification

• bun install --frozen-lockfile
• bun run verify:flowcore
• bun run build

Known existing repo issues

• bun test currently exits with 'No tests found!'
• bun run lint currently fails because ESLint config is missing
• bunx tsc --noEmit currently reports pre-existing type errors in wheel/game components and dev-server config
