Adds rings that improve attack accuracy.

  • ring of clarity (25%)
  • ring of enlightenment (50%)

TODO:

  • Implement different method, instead of or in addition to creature drops, to obtain ring of enlightenment such as quest or special event. Currently it is set to be dropped by pegasus creature.

Note: ring of clarity merged to master (e81ee6a)
