- move setup functions outside app
- email sdk fixes & kayrosbot
- added unfoldHeader function to remove all folding whitespace from email headers (subject, messageID, and references) by:
- Replacing \r\n followed by space/tab with a single space
- Handling edge cases with just \n
- Removing any remaining line breaks
- Trimming whitespace

* Applied unfoldHeader to all extracted headers (kayrosbot.go:151, 154, 157) - Now subject,
