Could you pin the docker images using the digest? Latest one from uv should be sha256:69ef6514bf9b7de044514258356fa68a2d94df2e5dc807b5bfbf88fbb35f3a58
https://github.com/astral-sh/uv/pkgs/container/uv/636787265?tag=python3.13-trixie-slim
and similar for the python one
