For PipeWrench-Java-Generator repo, i switched to using Node.js to package jar files and related dependency files because I am not very good at Java.

After merging, it is necessary to publish PipeWrench, PipeWrench-Events, and PipeWrench-Compiler to npm for updating the PipeWrench-Template
