SAMUS

An initial release of Simulator of Asteroid Malformation Under Stress (SAMUS).

This software models minor bodies as 3d fluid ellipsoids and solves the Navier-Stokes equations to compute the deformation of the object over its orbit. Subjects the object to tidal, centrifugal, Coriolis, and self-gravitational forces.
