Fix up man page, avoid using stdin if it's a tty, add convenience options (-T, -c), and change man page & help message to suggest github instead of e-mailing Åstrand.
As requested by Åstrand for merging.

Add information in the man page about -T for listing TARGETS, -c for using the clipboard selection, and how xclip switches to output mode if it would read from a user's keyboard as stdin.
Also change the note for
xclip --helpto suggest that people use this git repository to report bugs (rather than e-mail them directly to Åstrand).
