Updated disk image

• Streamlined install process.
• Fixes to analysis tutorial, added test data.

  • renamed to chart-observe.py
  • Updated default parameters
  • Made Bias-T warning more clear
  • No longer save filenames with colons (which break in Windows)

GNU Radio Blocks

This is the last commit prior to dropping some of the GNU radio block stuff we had in the repo but weren't using. This tag is meant for convenience if we want to come back to it later.
