feat: migrate Newsletter Service

Things need to be done later

• Create an official account on Kit.com
• Create these 3 tags: Newsletter, Meetings, TSC Voting and update the value in the config file. (As of now, the tag value are of my personal account)
• Add the env secret. Key: KIT_API_KEY
• Migrate data from Mailchimp to Kit.com
