FYI, it is stable not latest, @robinlindh let me know if you want to stick to latest like reconstruction instead

Ah yes let's have the CI tag latest instead, and we will put :stable manually when we release (and put under github Releases)

We need to add some node operator guidelines, update readme a bit etc but that can be done in a later PR. Just the below change on license please :)
