Adds vulnerability scanning for repository artifacts using Trivy and Grype backends. Supports scanning NPM, Maven, PyPI, Go, and Composer packages.
Includes a scheduled scan job, paginated findings API with filtering/sorting/search, per-repo and global concurrency controls, and a full UI with a dedicated vulnerabilities view, per-repo vulnerability details, and a dashboard critical CVE counter.
