Deprecate VMWare Horizon Client Recipes

The VMWare Horizon Client recipes are now non-functional after the product sale to Omnissa. Omnissa has released a new rebranded version that includes a new Names and bundle ID.

This PR deprecates the recipes and points to new ones located in the dataJAR-recipes repo.

This PR

• supersedes updated Horizon API calls to match Omnissa changes #104
• resolves VMWare Horizon Client Download is now a PKG #109
• resolves VMware Horizon download recipe fails #100
• resolves VMwarehorizonClient  #95
