Очишать apt-get через rm -rf /var/lib/apt/lists не нужно:
The official Debian and Ubuntu images automatically run apt-get clean, so explicit invocation is not required

@gladnik Разница в размерах имиджа с этой строчкой и без неё: 211.6Mb и 248.4Mb
