- Created Next.js 16.1.1 app with TypeScript - Installed and configured Convex - Added ConvexProvider to root layout via providers.tsx - Created convex directory with schema.ts - Added .env.local with CONVEX_DEPLOYMENT and NEXT_PUBLIC_CONVEX_URL - Configured Tailwind CSS v4 with PostCSS plugin - Build passes successfully Co-authored-by: brian <brian@aviary.tech>
