Concise description of the PR

During clean up phase, after deletion of AgentCore hosted Agent, 
also remove the local bedrock_agentcore.yaml file created during execution.
When the file is removed, users can execute the notebook consequtively without the reported issues.

User experience

Please share what the user experience looks like before and after this change
Prior to this change, if the user tries to consequtively execute the notebook they will get an error during
agent core launch function call. After the change, notebook will execute as expected launching the agent.
