Adding a Discord console so that mods on Discord can moderate the website as well. You can use it by adding a console channel to your Discord and putting it in the config as a
consoleChannel(next to the other entries likechannelsandtoken).Full disclosure: I've had unpleasant issues with Discord security in the past and my account, so I have not been able to test the code besides checking that it compiles. Re-indenting the code has confused git's diff checker, so I have no idea if I accidentally squashed some changes to command handling; I hope I did not.
