CompatHelper: bump compat for DocumenterVitepress to 0.3 for package docs, (keep existing compat)

This pull request changes the compat entry for the DocumenterVitepress package from 0.2 to 0.2, 0.3 for package docs.
This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
