GPUImage2 Plus

Mainly adding JSON pipeline support. And then some extra filters for fun.

  • Generate Operations.swift via python framework/Scripts/GenerateOperationsSource.py
  • Drag /framework/Source/Operations/Operations.swift into the example Xcode project if not already there
