currently being supported with security updates.

## Reporting a Vulnerability

Use this section to tell people how to report a vulnerability.

reported vulnerability, what to expect if the vulnerability is accepted or
declined, etc.

P1 Badge Add actual vulnerability reporting channel

The Reporting a Vulnerability section still contains template placeholder text and does not give users a concrete email, issue tracker, or response expectations. Without real instructions, security researchers have no way to disclose findings, undermining the purpose of adding a security policy.
