feat: Implement schedule email sending

Add ability to send schedules to employees via email.

Backend:

• New POST /send-email endpoint sends personalized schedule emails to all employees
• Includes shift notes and optional events for the week
• Partial failure handling - reports success/failure counts
• Uses SendGrid for email delivery

Frontend:

• SendScheduleDialog shows schedule overview grouped by day
• Displays shifts with employee names, roles, and times
• Warns about unassigned shifts
• Option to include events in email
• Integrates with new backend endpoint
