First release after C++ rewrite.

This includes the aforementioned rewrite to C++, many usability features and improvements.

There are unit and integration tests, a lua native neovim plugin, and build system with coverage and ASAN.

Testing is done on Debian, Ubuntu, Arch, and Fedora.
