When SMTP email is not configured, people will not receive the magic link.
This line tells them how to find it.
I pondered if going in more details would be worthwhile, for example by saying "search for '6-character verification code' in your docker logs" but the audience is clearly people who would do that.
So the philosophy is to point people to the location but don't hand hold them.
Happy to add another sentence if that makes it more clear though!
