update release2025 from main
some of the root in the notebooks are display in a 2D view to reduce nb sizes
just change the size of the jupyter nb
- priority to openalea3/label/dev - updated meta.yaml to strictly follow guidelines
corrected docstring
demos were calling vplnats objects
to get colorbar and root 3D appearing at once

I did put deps + conda_deps + test_deps because I had pb but only test_deps is needed in requires because test uses Run

I had numpy.int64 that random.seed did not accept
there were a lot of plot 3D leading to a long time of the notebook loading
