Addresses Issue #150, adding a shortcut fxn (
census_dissemination_block()) for the Census Dissemination Blocks data from the BC Data Catalogue record https://catalogue.data.gov.bc.ca/dataset/current-census-dissemination-blocksI am not sure about this change in
Dependsmin R version, which happened automagically.
