This PR updates the core dependencies for
@bcgov/design-tokensto their latest versions, as a first step towards a v4.0.0 release:style-dictionary: 4.0.1 -> 5.2.0@tokens-studio/sd-transforms: 1.2.3 -> 2.0.3In local testing, there appear to be no impacts to our workflow from breaking changes in either
style-dictionaryv5 orsd-transformsv2.c45fbaa fixes some failing tests. This commit includes various linting changes to existing output files caused by running the build/test scripts.
